From a folder of bills to a filed report

Everything the Ontario EWRB filing needs, in one place: getting the data in, seeing it, finding the gaps, making the report, and not missing the date. Every number can be traced back to the bill it came from.

Upload anything you have

PDFs, photos, our CSV template or a Green Button export from your utility. We read the bill and fill in the fields; you check them against the page, with the exact spot on the bill shown beside each one. If we are unsure, we say so. If you upload the same month twice, we catch it before it is saved.

A dashboard that admits what it does not know

Total energy in GJ and in the units on your bill, water, Scope 1 and 2, intensity per square foot and per square metre, and cost. This year's months sit beside last year's, and a strip under the chart shows which months are confirmed, estimated or missing. It updates the moment you confirm a reading.

A checklist written for the regulation

The checklist is built from the regulation itself: facility details, twelve months of each energy source and of water, occupancy, verification, the Portfolio Manager connection, the Toronto form. People maintain the list. Fixed rules evaluate it. AI only writes the explanation and the suggested next step, and says so every time.
