For third-party verifiers
Buildings of 100,000 sq ft and over need a verification report in their first EWRB year and every five years. Pilots reaching that threshold in 2025 need a verifier before 2026-07-01.
What you get from us
A complete data pack: readings linked to source documents, the coverage statement, factor versions and the inputs hash. Sampling is faster when every number traces.
What we will not do
ThinkOmni does not verify, does not claim equivalence with ISO 14064 or any assurance standard, and does not take a fee on verification engagements during the pilot.
