Questions about pricing
- What counts as an extraction?
- One uploaded document run through AI extraction. Green Button and CSV imports do not count.
- Is my data in Canada?
- Yes. Files, readings and reports stay in the Canada region; extraction runs on Bedrock in ca-central-1.
- Do you file for me?
- Not yet. We produce the Portfolio Manager bulk-upload file and the PDF; you submit. Direct submission is on the roadmap.
- What if I only have paper bills?
- Photograph them (PNG or JPG) or enter readings by hand. Handwritten bills are not supported.
